Manage financial modelling, investment feasibility studies, and M&A due diligence
Present financial positions and analysis to senior management, Board, and Board Committees
Lead financial discussions on new initiatives and enterprise-wide projects
Develop and execute financial strategies that support long-term organisational goals
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, Companies Act, and other regulatory frameworks
Drive finance transformation initiatives, such as automation, digital tools, and data analytics, to improve efficiency and enhance governance

Hands-on, detail-oriented, and adaptable, with a proactive and change-agent mindset
A degree in accountancy along with professional certifications (such as CA or CPA), with 12 to 15 years of relevant experience.
Experience in finance transformation and technology adoption to drive efficiency and enhance decision-making would be a valuable asset
Prior experience in Big 4 audit firms and/or managing complex finance operations is advantageous
Ability to navigate ambiguity, manage tight deadlines, and drive change in a dynamic environment
Strong technical expertise in financial reporting, accounting operations, and FPA
Strong analytical and presentation skills, with experience preparing board-level materials
Proven ability to lead large teams and influence cross-functional stakeholders
Experience managing full-spectrum accounting functions including A/R, A/P, GL, cost accounting, inventory, capital assets, and revenue recognition
