Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Electrical Project Manager to manage commercial and industrial electrical construction projects in Central Virginia. Join their successful and growing team to help bring buildings to life!
Hands-on project management experience of commercial construction projects in excess of $3M (single project) or 3 to 6 simultaneous electrical portions of equal value
Demonstrated skills, experience, and proficiency with technology, including knowledge and experience using Microsoft Excel and project management software
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (preferably electrical), Building Construction, or Construction Engineering Management, or equivalent years of experience
Acumen for business, including knowledge and interest in business and management principles involved in strategic planning, accounting, cost forecasting, resource allocation, and coordination of people and resources
Strong analysis, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
Demonstrated responsibility for projects lasting a year or more
Ability to deal diplomatically with internal and external customers at various levels within an organization—i.e., owners, GCs, subcontractors, engineers, superintendents, draftsmen, etc.
