In this role you will plan and deliver written proposal components, align value propositions with client tender requirements, and develop clear guidance for proposal writers. You will facilitate story‑boarding sessions, oversee content plans, collaborate with technical practices and the Creative Design team, and manage the final review and submission of proposals.
The Growth Office drives cross‑selling, government relations, strategic partnerships and win‑work functions, while also supporting private finance and incubating new revenue streams. We are looking for an experienced Proposal Manager to join the Win Work Excellence Group and lead the creation of high‑scoring, compelling proposals for strategic pursuits.
The ideal candidate holds a degree or equivalent qualification and has proven proposal management experience in engineering, construction or professional services. You must demonstrate strong project‑management skills, exceptional writing and communication abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and a collaborative leadership style. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with generative AI tools are advantageous.
