- Designing, conducting and/or overseeing site investigations including soil, vapor, and groundwater
- Grow the business: Collaborate with business development and program management teams to identify and pursue new opportunities with both existing and prospective clients.
- Be a connector: Actively seek out, build, and nurture lasting relationships with clients, vendors, and partners through networking, outreach, outstanding project work, and consistent communication.

- Deliver technical excellence: Contribute to complex environmental projects, including:
- Ensure high quality service/product delivery from the team
- Drive performance: Monitor project profitability, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure excellence across the board.
- Due diligence projects including Phase I and II Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs)
- Lead with energy: Inspire and guide project teams, keeping momentum high and ensuring smooth execution—even when challenges arise.
- Be a brand ambassador: Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.

- Licensed Professional Geoscientist or Professional Engineer preferred.
- Demonstrated experience and knowledge of environmental and regulatory programs and processes as they apply to industrial, energy, and commercial clients.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- 10+ years of direct environmental experience commensurate with the described duties of the position.
- Naturally outgoing and enjoys interacting with people.
- Excellent communication and critical thinking skills.
- Comfortable initiating conversations and building rapport with new contacts.
- BS degree or higher in Environmental Science, Engineering, Geology, or related field.
- Multiple years of experience in team management and client-facing roles is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record.
