Plus de 5 ans d'expérience dans le domaine de la construction ;
Solides compétences en matière d’analyse, de synthèse et de rédaction ;
Bonne gestion des priorités et capacité d’adaptation ;
Mobilité (possibilité de se déplacer en chantier et aux différents bureaux environ 1x par mois) ;
Établir la meilleure stratégie de réclamation et émettre des recommandations ;
Capacité à établir de bonnes relations interpersonnelles et à communiquer efficacement ;
Effectuer des analyses de productivité, de retards et quantification de dommages et être familier avec les standards de l’industrie en la matière ;
Connaissance des logiciels Primavera Project Planner (P6) et MsProject.
Bilingue anglais/français parlé et écrit ;
Déléguer efficacement des tâches et donner de la rétroaction constructive.
