Negotiate MSAs, supply, and quality agreements
Lead supplier identification, qualification, negotiation, and performance management

Develop and execute sourcing strategies for pharma chemicals and CDMO services
Track KPIs on cost savings, supplier performance, and risk
Monitor market trends, regulatory changes, and supply risks

Knowledge of global supply chains (India, China, Europe)
Strong regulatory understanding (GMP, FDA/EMA, ICH)
5-8+ years in pharma strategic sourcing or category management
Proven experience with APIs, intermediates, excipients, and CDMO partnerships
Bachelor’s in Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemical Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field (MBA/MS/PhD preferred)
Proficiency with sourcing/ERP tools (SAP, Ariba, Salesforce, etc.)
Excellent negotiation, contract management, and financial analysis skills
Fluency in English; additional languages a plus
