Liaise with customers to ensure timely and smooth delivery of orders
Assist with sales administration and other projects as needed
Provide tailored quotations and proforma invoices, following up to drive sales
Deliver exceptional customer service to support strong customer loyalty and repeat business
Process and manage customer orders, including B2B transactions
Provide technical product information with support from internal teams and manufacturing partners
Verify sales order acknowledgements and coordinate with suppliers for accuracy
Respond promptly and professionally to customer sales enquiries across our product ranges
Work collaboratively to meet team sales targets and business objectives

A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement
Minimum two years in a sales/customer-facing role.
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with a professional telephone manner.
Strong problem-solving skills and customer-focused mindset.
Attention to detail and strong organisational skills
Strong communication skills, with a customer-first attitude
Experience in sales or customer service, ideally within an ecommerce or B2B environment
Five GCSEs (or equivalent), including English and Maths.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
Team player mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to manage multiple communication channels (phone, email, live chat) effectively
Strong sales ability with a track record of achieving targets.
Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
