  • Monitor the progress of leasing matters, summarize key information, and provide regular status updates to the legal and business teams.
  • Respond to lease-related inquiries from the business for day-to-day matters.
  • Ensure all lease documentation is prepared in compliance with internal corporate policies, procedures, and governance standards.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial lease documents, including leases, lease amending agreements, lease extension agreements, pylon sign agreements, offers to lease, and other related documentation.
  • Coordinate with external legal counsel as required.
  • Liaise with different business groups, departments and stakeholders within the company and affiliated companies.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting.
  • 5+ years of commercial leasing experience gained at a law firm or in-house with a real estate company, with a strong focus on drafting and negotiating commercial leases and related legal documents.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to interpret lease provisions and identify potential risks or inconsistencies.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, professionalism, and dependability, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Comfortable with digital collaboration tools (e.g., SharePoint, Teams, DocuSign) to streamline document management and approvals.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Outlook).
  • Strong knowledge of commercial leasing, with strong legal drafting, documentation, and negotiation skills.
