The role is responsible for day‑to‑day operations and administrative activities to ensure conformance to contract requirements. It develops and implements cost‑control measures and service standards, and oversees inspections, quality control, and inventory of equipment and supplies for the assigned building.
- Coordinate service activities for the assigned building and meet profit margins.
- Control supplies, equipment, and personnel to satisfy customer specifications.
- Interact daily with customers to gather feedback and troubleshoot issues.
- Manage quality‑control monitoring and safety programs at the building.
- Conduct service quality inspections regularly.
- Attend scheduled ABM training workshops.
- Develop and implement operational improvement plans.
- Drive revenue growth by encouraging supervisors to offer additional services.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and all federal, state, and local regulations.
- Complete and submit all required paperwork, including terminations and action plans, on time.
- Proactively analyze and manage financial and operational performance of the building.
- Verify accurate payroll submission and resolve any discrepancies promptly.
- Collaborate with the District Manager to address invoices outside contractual parameters.
- Lead and provide direction to supervisors and lead personnel.
- Supervise personnel in line with company policies and applicable laws.
- Appraise performance, reward, discipline, address complaints, and handle terminations.
- Remain available for day and night operations by regularly visiting sites.
- Ensure team members understand scope of work and pursue safety and efficiency improvements.

Candidates should have at least an associate degree (preferred) and three years of supervisory experience in a service‑oriented environment. Experience in cost estimating, strong written and verbal communication, proficiency with MS Office, and the ability to work with staff at all levels are required, and prior Amazon experience is a plus.
Benefits
$60,000 annual salary (US Dollars) is offered, with the final amount varying based on education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and market data. The position may also be eligible for a company incentive or bonus program.
