- Coordinate with project managers, utilities, and clients to ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g., IEEE 80, IEEE 665, NESC, NEC).
- Model and analyze bus configurations for short-circuit, thermal, and electromagnetic performance.
- Perform lightning protection studies, surge analysis, and shielding assessments.
- Execute induction studies for overhead lines and pipelines to evaluate AC interference and mitigation strategies.
- Conduct grounding system design and analysis, including grid resistance, touch/step voltage, and fault current distribution.
- Utilize software tools such as CDEGS, WinIGS, and optionally PSCAD or EMTP to simulate and analyze power system phenomena.
- Generate detailed technical reports, calculations, and drawings.
- Support multidisciplinary teams in substation, transmission, and industrial facility design.

- 3+ years of experience in power system studies with a focus on grounding, lightning, and induction.
