Analyze current space utilization and develop data-driven occupancy strategies
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and implement space plans
Review, prepare, and update project status reports on actual versus projected seat demand
Ensure compliance with workplace standards and regulations
Foster critical relationships between various individuals and organizations while ensuring coordination and collaboration among various JLL businesses
Conduct regular occupancy audits and provide recommendations for improvement
Report on current supply and capacity, and forecast inventory changes
Manage a team, train and mentor as needed
Assist clients in their migration plans, group, and individual moves
Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for key systems/processes and client deliverables
Consolidate data and floor plans into PowerPoint presentations for clients
Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements in space utilization
Plan and manage portfolios while maximizing space utilization
Go above and beyond to help with any tasks and solve problems effectively
Create accurate and credible planning reports to support Corporate Real Estate decision making including space, demand and utilization tracking

Knowledge of sustainability practices in workplace design
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suites

High level of performance in project budgeting and scheduling
Professional certifications (e.g., CFM, IFMA)
8-15 years of progressively responsible experience in managing occupancy, space, move management, and change management processes across a broad geography
Experience with BIM software and technologies
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
Strong working knowledge of architectural drawings and furniture systems
Demonstrated ability to drive innovation in space planning and utilization
CAFM system and AutoCAD experience
Experience in a global corporate environment
Knowledge of workplace trends and best practices in space utilization
Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Architecture, Design, Construction Management, Facilities Management, or related field
Familiarity with change management principles
Expert level data analytical skills and mastery of Sheets and Excel
