• Risk Management: Address logistical challenges, warranty issues, and coordinate corrective actions when needed.
• Manage OFCI Lifecycle: Oversee procurement, logistics, delivery, and installation of owner-furnished equipment
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain detailed logs, provide regular updates, and ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Quality Assurance: Perform inspections, validate installations, and resolve issues related to OFCI equipment.
• Collaborate with industry leaders and cutting-edge technology providers.
• Coordinate Stakeholders: Serve as the primary liaison between owners, vendors, and contractors to ensure smooth execution.
• Work on hyperscale data center projects and other advanced facilities shaping the future of technology.
• Schedule Alignment: Track and align equipment delivery with construction milestones to avoid delays.

Requirements

We are seeking a Remote OFCI Manager to act as an Owner's Representative for large-scale, mission-critical projects. While this role primarily supports hyperscale data center projects, we welcome candidates with experience in other complex environments such as semiconductor facilities, pharmaceutical plants, advanced manufacturing, or similar high-tech projects.

• Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with vendor equipment
• Communication Skills: Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and maintain clear, proactive communication.
• Flexibility: Comfortable with occasional travel and remote collaboration.
• Experience: 3+ years in construction or complex project environments (data centers, semiconductor, pharmaceutical, advanced manufacturing, etc.).
• Problem-Solving: Skilled at troubleshooting and resolving logistical and technical challenges.
