Assist with helpdesk actions to ensure timely resolution and provide feedback to users.
Participate in customer meetings and present asset maintenance and strategy solutions when required.
Implement and communicate contract asset and strategy variations effectively.
Serve as a point of reference for asset maintenance queries throughout the maintenance agreement term.
Collaborate with Contract Finance teams to monitor financial performance, including rise and fall implementation and trend analysis.
Maintain ownership of Caterpillar maintenance partnering agreements, ensuring compliance with documentation and agreement conditions.
Apply maintenance contract and asset management principles to deliver solutions that meet customer value requirements.
