The position supports project teams by applying developing professional skills and performing basic design and technical tasks under general supervision. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, highly organized, and ready to contribute creatively to the team.
Key responsibilities include modifying or creating implementation documents using standard architectural techniques, performing routine architectural assignments, and collaborating with team members on design work. The role may involve on‑site visits, field reviews, client and project meetings, and assistance in preparing proposals, presentations, schedules, and documentation. Communication with other disciplines, vendors, and contractors to incorporate information into project requirements is also expected, as is participation in team meetings to discuss design and technical issues.
Qualifications require an accredited professional degree in Architecture or a related field, with 0–3 years of experience preferred and progress toward architectural registration. Candidates must possess basic skills in Revit, Rhino, Grasshopper, Bluebeam, Twinmotion, Enscape, Navisworks, Dynamo, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and the MS Office suite, as well as knowledge of sustainability, integrated design guidelines, building codes, materials, and QA/QC processes. Strong presentation, graphic, and visualization abilities, clear written and verbal communication, problem‑solving, teamwork, and the capacity to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines are essential.
