You will plan daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly assignments for the Doormen and Lobby and Wellness Hosts.
You will maintain all written communication between residents and The Lana Residences team in a professional and courteous manner.
You will oversee, assist and support when necessary, all the Residents, their families and guests in the Lobby Lounge as well as on the Forecourt or on the Amenity level of The Lana Residences
You will motivate, train, supervise, evaluate and counsel your team of Doormen, Lobby and Wellness Hosts

You will greatly contribute to the processes and activities that create and promote the Dorchester Collection culture, values and bring the Company Philosophy “We Care” to life ensuring our employees and guests receive nothing but the best experience.
You will oversee the front of house operation of the Residence Lobby.
You will create real connections and meaningful relationships by utilizing collective intelligence from all sources.
You will greet residents, their family members and visitors as they arrive/depart, make them feel at home and ensure our residents receive nothing but the best experience.

Previous experience as Residence Concierge / Guest Service Agent is preferred. High level of English and additional languages are an advantage.
