Reporting to the Assistant Program Manager or Program Manager, the Exam Process Manager supervises Customer Care Specialist (CCS) staff to support medical review processes on exam management contracts. The role works with administrative and medical personnel to process candidate charts and trains designated staff on exam processing tasks. Salary range is $43,000‑$50,000.
- Supervise CCS staff supporting exam processing.
- Conduct performance evaluations for CCS staff.
- Manage CCS time collection and scheduling.
- Oversee customer service processes and forward escalated issues.
- Track, organize, and file all non‑medical staff meeting minutes.
- Manage office organization, supplies, moves, and tidiness.
- Oversee exam processes including triage, data entry, missing components, and records archiving.
- Manage exam processing email inboxes.
- Update all non‑medical process and procedure manuals.
- Create templates and spreadsheets for reporting and monitoring exam process data and metrics.
- Assist the Assistant Program Manager and Program Manager.
- Perform duties safely and follow corporate safety policy.
- Participate in safety meetings, training, and goals; ensure safe operating conditions; maintain a clean and orderly work area.

The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, with college coursework in public administration, business administration, or a health‑related field (transcripts required). Candidates need at least three years of general clerk experience, proficiency with office equipment and MS Office, and strong attention to detail, communication, multitasking, and leadership skills. A willingness to be trained in vision, hearing and vital sign testing and the ability to travel on short‑term assignments are also required.
Preferred candidates hold an associate’s degree in a related field, have experience processing exams for government or commercial contracts, possess a health‑related background, and may hold certification in drug collection.
The role is performed in a typical interior office environment, requiring prolonged sitting and standing, occasional bending, and the ability to lift up to 15 lb.
