The senior manager will focus on PCBA verification and validation, hardware design, and component engineering. Responsibilities include mixed‑signal and high‑frequency analog design, ensuring EMI/EMC compliance, and developing test plans for PCBA performance and reliability. The role also involves setting up test environments, conducting lab electrical tests, and supporting IoT‑enabled elevator control and connectivity products.
Candidates should have an electronics or electrical engineering background, with a master's degree preferred, and at least 10 years of experience in electrical engineering and ECAD design tools such as Cadence and PSpice. Proficiency with ARM Cortex‑M3, DCDC converters, UART, SPI, I2C, CAN, as well as wireless technologies (Wi‑Fi, BLE) is required. Familiarity with C or Python programming, test software development, and development management tools (Jira, Confluence, DevOps) is a plus. Experience with Cadence Allegro and PCB testing is also desired.
