Program Manager

Description

• Strategize, implement, and maintain program initiatives that adhere to organizational objectives.
• Develop program assessment protocols for evaluation and improvement.
• Oversee multiple project teams, ensuring program goals are reached.
• Develop new customer programs such as installation criteria, material specifications, and site requirements.
• Manage long‑term program goals and develop/measure success factors.
• Ensure goals are met in customer satisfaction, safety, quality, and training, collaborating with the TSQ team.
• Implement and manage complex changes and interventions to achieve project goals.
• Produce accurate and timely program status reports throughout the lifecycle and consolidated reports for customers across markets and service lines.
• Work on growth strategies with sales, marketing, and operations to ensure consistency across markets.
• Collaborate with project sponsor and cross‑functional teams to define scope, deliverables, resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new initiatives.
• Manage program and project teams for optimal ROI and coordinate cross‑project initiatives.
• Identify key requirements for cross‑functional teams.
• Partner with Area Directors to drive revenue for key customer accounts and meet established business objectives.
• Create and track best practices, organize departmental workflows, monitor progress, deliver reports, and ensure compliance.
• Create workflows (Visio), work breakdown structures, and develop/edit policies and procedures for large telecommunications projects.
• Create and track KPIs for individuals and teams, and develop reporting to show KPI performance.
• Identify and drive process improvement initiatives.
• Provide matrix management of project teams and Project Managers across multiple groups, ensuring projects align with timeline policies and procedures; read blueprints and schematics.
• Balance workload among resources across markets.

• Minimum five years of project management experience.
• Exceptional leadership, time management, facilitation, and organizational skills.
• Experience managing stakeholders.
• Working knowledge of digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of change management principles and performance evaluation processes.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business or a related field.
• Proven stakeholder management skills.
• Proven team management experience.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of CRM software.
• Experience in proposal writing.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to lift approximately 15 lbs.
