Tasks

-Effectively communicate with customers and subcontractors throughout the installation process -Achieve KONE's safety targets by developing and maintaining a safety focused culture -Drive key projects aimed at continuous improvement -Plan and organise the delivery and storage of materials/tools to the site -Work with industry - leading products and technology -Ensure that the work is carried out in line with clearly defined procedures and guidelines -Manage performance and skill development of the team

What You Bring

-Elevator industry experience preferred -Proven ability to win with customers -Demonstrated experience within a commercial environment, managing projects at a site level -Experience managing a team essential -Relevant tertiary qualifications preferred - Construction Management, Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, or Trade qualifications are highly desirable -Ability to engage stakeholders and facilitate training -Outgoing and customer centric personality
