Support with all the requirements for any printing, merchandising, production, and branding for the master brand and the destinations with technical know-how of various techniques & methods used in graphics installation, exhibition stands & events
Support with the procurement negotiation, quality assurance & control through drafting the tender requirements
Monitoring and managing the brand presence across sports activations teams, development teams on site, experience centre/s, internal events, and activations
Prepare final artworks ready for production, manage on-site branding, and possible requirements as per location
Plan & control workflow to meet deadlines, monitoring closely for team efficiency to ensure effective delivery
Define the materials, printing quality, and special executions as per the requirements

Solid experience in the printing and production field, with a background in both agency and client-side environments
Skilled in preparing artwork and production-ready files across various formats and specifications
Experienced in coordinating with printing and production companies to ensure high-quality output
Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Event Management, Theatre Arts, or a related field
Proficient in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop for finalizing key visuals (KVs)
Capable of managing timelines and deliverables while maintaining brand consistency and production standards
Strong understanding of quality control processes, materials, and print production techniques
Proficient in proposing venues for events & launches based on site recce, feasibility & compatibility study alongside the brand team
