- Manage procurement of equipment and materials, ensure timely delivery and quality standards.
- Prepare, review, and manage project schedules, resource allocation, and documentation.
- Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of projects involving IBMS (Integrated Building Management System), CCTV (Closed Circuit Television), FAS (Fire Alarm System), BMS (Building Management System), ACS (Access Control System), and related security & safety solutions.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, client specifications, and regulatory requirements.
- Lead regular project meetings, providing updates and reports to stakeholders.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and internal teams to ensure successful project implementation within defined timelines and budgets.
- Facilitate training and support for end-users during and after project completion.
- Track project progress, identify risks/issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Supervise site activities, including installation, commissioning, testing, and handover of IBMS, CCTV, FAS, BMS, and ACS systems.

- Proficient in MS Project, AutoCAD, and other project management/software tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or related field.
- Strong technical knowledge of security, surveillance, and building management systems.
- Proven experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in large commercial, residential, or industrial projects.
- Project Management Certification (PMP/Prince2 or similar).
- 7+ years of experience in project management for ELV systems (IBMS, CCTV, FAS, BMS, ACS).
- Familiarity with relevant codes/regulations (e.g., NEC, NFPA, local building codes).
