Education and/or Experience: a bachelor’s degree in recreation management, education, business administration, or a related field is required, along with a minimum of three years of leadership experience in camp, youth programming, or hospitality management. Candidates must demonstrate strong administrative, budgeting, and organizational skills, advanced computer proficiency, and the ability to provide first aid and respond to emergencies. A valid driver’s license and the physical ability to supervise campers at all times are also required.
Preferred Qualifications include current CPR/First Aid certification, willingness to relocate to Fort Stockton during the two‑month camp season and work at the Arlington office during the off‑season, and a desire and ability to work with children in an outdoor setting.
