- Ensure invoices are delivered to customers promptly and follow up as needed to support timely payments.
- Process weekly payroll timesheets with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Communicate with internal teams to gather necessary information and resolve any billing or payroll discrepancies.
- Prepare and submit weekly invoices for various types of unit and T&E work.
- Maintain billing records in tracking sheets to confirm all work has been properly billed.

- Quick to learn new systems and processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong communication skills, including comfort with phone conversations.
- Must be available to work on-site, Monday through Friday (no remote or hybrid options).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Able to work independently and solve problems with minimal supervision.

- 3-4 years of office experience preferred, especially in payroll or billing.
