Handling client and supplier operations, including posting invoices and maintaining up-to-date records in SAP
Managing and monitoring the CWA’s four bank accounts, handling bank transactions and internet banking administration
Overseeing the monthly closure operations, from accruals to balance sheet revaluations, and preparing reporting files for project partners
Developing weekly short-term and monthly long-term cash flow forecasts to help steer the project’s financial stability
Preparing and posting manual payments, bank reconciliations, and cash reports, ensuring accurate and timely reporting each week and month
Supporting ongoing improvement of accounting procedures and setting up new third parties in SAP
