Carry out 14 days meetings with customers to go through any initial snags or issues that arise.
Carry out pre-quality inspections on properties prior to handovers.
Liaise with contractors to carry out works or inspect issues.
Visit and inspect stock plots
Carry out home demonstrations and handovers with the customer
Support the team day to day
Carry out inspections throughout the warranty period regarding any defects or issues that arise.
Manage the customer care inbox alongside the team to ensure customers are kept up to date and responded to, being the next level of complaint process where necessary
