Requirements

We are seeking a full-time Commercial Service Plumber to join our team servicing the greater Seattle area. In this role, the Commercial Plumbing Service Technician is responsible for independently performing a wide range of installation, repair, and maintenance tasks on commercial plumbing systems. This includes assembling and installing pipe sections, selecting appropriate materials, and replacing or installing fixtures. The technician conducts preventative maintenance, inspections, and emergency service calls while ensuring all work is properly sized, aligned, supported, and compliant with building codes and safety standards. The position requires a licensed plumber with at least five years of experience, strong troubleshooting abilities, proficiency with plumbing tools and equipment—including jetting and video inspection systems—and the ability to read blueprints and work in all weather conditions.

• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with PVC, CPVC, PEX, cast iron, and copper
• Valid Drivers License and insurable driving record
• Ability to read and follow blueprints and rough drawings
• Willing to work in all types of weather
• Strong customer service skills
• Proficient with drain cleaning/jetting equipment and video inspection systems.
• Attention to detail and ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously
• Ability to complete projects unsupervised and unassisted
• 5 years of experience in commercial plumbing
• Boiler Experience
• Skilled in the use of hand and power tools used in the plumbing trade
• Proficiency in basic mathematics and conversion of measurements
• Ability to pass a drug and background check, per state and federal regulations
• Computer competency necessary for job processing
• Effective oral communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and safety practices
• Washington State Backflow or Medical Gas Certification License
• Licensed Plumber with a PL01 license

Benefits

$60-65/hr DOE

• Vacation - 80 hours for the first year through fourth year and 120 hours starting the fifth year
