
Develops, owns, and operates housing and supportive services for low‑income, homeless and formerly homeless individuals in Washington.
Candidates must read, write, and communicate in English, have experience in home health, nursing, social services, or janitorial roles, and have demonstrated leadership or team‑project experience. Experience in conflict resolution, working with diverse populations, and basic computer skills are also required.
Bilingual ability and at least two years of supervisory or team‑leader experience are preferred.
Applicants need reliable transportation and must pass a criminal background check and drug screen; masks are required on site, and after 90 days employees must obtain First Aid/CPR certification.
The URS Team Leader position is located at the Urban Rest Stop in Ballard and reports to the URS Manager. Work hours are Monday‑Friday, 6:00 am to 3:00 pm, with an exempt, non‑union status and a pay range of $23.67‑$30.15.
Urban Rest Stop hygiene centers provide people experiencing homelessness with showers, toiletries, and laundry services in a clean, safe, respectful environment. The Team Leader greets, assists, and monitors patrons, maintains a high level of service and cleanliness, and leads, trains, and schedules staff and volunteers.
