The Leasing and Marketing Coordinator will coordinate the community’s marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to meet occupancy, revenue, and resident‑retention goals. Responsibilities include all leasing activities for new residents, maintaining resident satisfaction throughout the lease term, and securing lease renewals. The role is for a garden‑stage lease‑up property with 300 units, working Monday‑Friday with rotating weekends.
The position requires the ability to stand, walk, sit for extended periods, and perform activities such as bending, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 25 lb unaided (or 50 lb with assistance). Work may be performed indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions, and the incumbent must be flexible to take “call” during evenings, weekends, and holidays. A valid driver’s license is required to operate a golf cart on the property.
The hourly pay ranges from $20.00 to $23.00, with eligibility for performance‑based bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, generous paid time off, 401(k) match up to 6%, paid parental leave, fertility reimbursement, and additional perks such as onsite housing discounts and a sabbatical after ten years of service.
