The Front Desk Associate will deliver courteous and efficient service, promptly answer telephone calls within three rings, and be knowledgeable about room types, rates, and availability to maximize up‑selling opportunities. They will take ownership of guest issues, resolve complaints per procedures, and document glitches as needed, while ensuring guest room security and adhering to emergency and fire protocols, including promoting safe‑deposit box use. Additionally, they will be familiar with hotel facilities, local attractions, and events, providing accurate information and maintaining professional communication with all hotel staff.
Candidates must hold at least a diploma in hospitality and be willing to work rotating shifts. A positive attitude, outgoing personality, strong public‑relations skills, and prior hospitality experience are required; familiarity with Opera or similar property‑management systems is a plus.
