The Transport Coordinator – Integrated Facilities Management supports end‑to‑end transport coverage for client facilities. Reporting to the Facility Manager, the role ensures efficient, cost‑effective transport services and that every vehicle departs at the appointed time.
Key duties include logging start times, kilometre readings, and staff boarding times, as well as securing approvals for staff pickups. The coordinator also maintains a 24/7 transport helpdesk, handles call logging, queries, and incident reporting, and records log books while excluding excess mileage.
The position acts as a liaison among the transport team, vendor supervisors, and other internal teams, keeping essential transport‑related contact information up‑to‑date. It prepares work orders, assigns unique reference numbers to each request, and produces daily, weekly, and monthly transport reports.
Ideal candidates hold a graduate degree in any discipline, possess three to five years of transport management experience in a BPO setting, and have a strong drive toward excellence. They should demonstrate analytical skills, teamwork aptitude, and a proven record of developing and monitoring improvement programs.
