Description

The Associate – Production Operations works with Production and Operations Leadership to deliver process improvements, evaluate metrics, upskill the production network, and manage projects that enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of Berkadia’s Production support platform. This role manages stakeholder relationships across the firm and runs projects from planning through completion, supporting decision‑making by crafting insights and recommendations through qualitative and quantitative data analysis and stakeholder feedback.

In this role you will partner with stakeholders to execute cross‑functional projects, develop timelines, and maintain clear communication on progress. You will identify Production network needs, recommend solutions, own process‑improvement initiatives, support revenue‑growth solutions, and perform financial and variance analysis in partnership with the analytics team.

• Partner with stakeholders to drive cross‑functional projects for Production leadership.
• Develop and manage project timelines, communicating progress to leadership and stakeholders.
• Analyze Production network needs and recommend solutions based on stakeholder feedback.
• Lead process improvement and policy development to standardize Production operations.
• Support revenue‑growth initiatives, including leads business planning and training delivery.
• Perform financial and variance analysis, creating data products and reports for decision‑making.
• Execute ad‑hoc projects and analyses as assigned by Production leadership.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and oversee projects from planning to completion.

Requirements

Success requires an ownership mindset that can structure ambiguous problems, critical thinking that looks beyond immediate asks, and resourcefulness in complex analysis and research. You should have experience managing multiple simultaneous projects, strong written and verbal communication, advanced Microsoft Office and Power BI skills, excellent organization, attention to detail, and the ability to set expectations with stakeholders. A bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and at least three years of relevant experience are required.
