- Overseeing the operations phase, which includes:
- Coordinating all interfaces with the installation analysis team (Naval Engineering / Structural Engineering / Pipelay Analysis), including:
- Rigging drawings
- Preparing a complete engineering installation package, including:
- Procurement of temporary materials
- Supporting both onshore and offshore operations, by:
- Leading and managing a team composed of:
- Checklist dossiers
- Coordination with subcontractors and their contracts
- Conducting thorough reviews of analysis and design reports
- Ensuring timely preparation of all installation documents
- Providing technical assistance to the vessel management team (project side)
- Trial lift and load-out procedures, etc.

- Familiarity with Microsoft Project
- Minimum 5-10 years in Installation Engineering, including:
- Proficient in English
- Offshore and yard-based project experience
- Master’s degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering (preferred)
- Strong experience in offshore transportation and installation (T&I)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
- Good knowledge of major offshore T&I codes and standards (e.g., DNV, API)
