Inside Sales Representative

Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Northridge, CA. As an Inside Sales Representative, your responsibilities include providing excellent customer service, engaging with clients to understand and fulfill their needs, generating and following up on leads, maintaining strong customer relationships through account management, and supporting sales operations. You will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction and promoting Ganahl Lumber’s products and services to meet the demands of professional contractors and DIY customers.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Account Management to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in Inside Sales and Lead Generation to identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional related education is an advantage
• Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to deliver a positive client experience
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Knowledge of building materials or hardware supply is a plus
