Participate in hands-on bring up of energy system hardware components (relays, power meters, power converters, power supplies, communications devices, etc.) and system electrical assemblies

Perform advanced modeling and analysis using PSCAD and other related modeling tools to support design, integration, and performance evaluation
Implement custom control logic and custom-defined models using C within EMT/PSCAD models
Develop and validate detailed PSCAD electromagnetic transient (EMT) simulation models that integrate power electronics systems, power systems, and control systems.

Strong experience developing dynamical models for power electronics systems, generators, power systems, and/or HVDC systems and performing EMT simulations for stability, fault analysis, and protection coordination

Modeling/Simulation experience in MATLAB/Simulink
