Interns will support project engineers by performing engineering calculations, drafting plans using CADD software, and addressing plan‑review comments. They will collaborate with technical and design staff on billable client work, work alongside junior and senior engineers to meet project deadlines, and engage with other interns and professional staff across multiple disciplines. The program also includes networking opportunities and real‑world consulting experience.
Candidates must be enrolled in an engineering program at a U.S. university or college and be eligible to work in the United States. Preferred qualifications include experience with AutoCAD or MicroStation, exposure to Transportation Engineering II, and prior internship experience with strong communication skills. Applicants must be highly motivated, able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment, and proficient in English.
Colliers offers a safe and supportive work environment, opportunities for career advancement, and the chance to impact society through engineering projects. Interns gain hands‑on experience on multidisciplinary projects, participate in a Career Exploration Series, and receive mentorship, education reimbursement, and access to a wide range of training resources. The firm routinely converts more than 50 % of its interns to full‑time positions within a year of graduation. Additional programs include wellness initiatives, a women’s organization, and philanthropic activities.
