

You will contribute to the analysis, design, and delivery of both temporary works and permanent works, preparing calculations, reports, design documentation, and specifications. The role requires close collaboration with BIM teams, other engineering disciplines, and construction partners to ensure coordinated and buildable design solutions.
Communicate design requirements effectively to internal BIM teams to support accurate model development.
Work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team environment, coordinating with other disciplines and construction teams.
Support and mentor junior engineers, offering technical guidance and oversight.
Provide specialist input into temporary works design (for two positions) or permanent works (for one position), ensuring compliance with relevant standards.
Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and technical compliance across all deliverables.
Present confidently and authoritatively in front of clients, contractors, and stakeholders.
Attend site visits, design reviews, and client meetings when required.
Lead and deliver civil and structural analysis, calculations, reports, and technical specifications.
Chartered status with ICE or IStructE preferred (or strong experience working towards it).
Minimum 5–10 years of relevant experience, including proven experience in Temporary Works.
CSCS card required.
Strong communication skills and the ability to clearly articulate engineering solutions.
Strong background in civil and structural design within major infrastructure or building projects.
Ability to work independently and manage technical packages to tight deadlines.
Minimum BEng in Civil or Structural Engineering (MEng advantageous).
