Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal stakeholders, including Plant Operations, Supply Chain, and Planning teams.
Optimize supply chain minimum order quantities (MOQs) and lead times to enable inventory optimization.
Serve as a conduit to the LCM team for regional operational requirements. Represent the voice of the business in category strategy discussions and influence category strategy to address regional plant and business needs.
Oversee supplier performance to ensure on-time and in-full delivery targets are consistently met or exceeded.

Develop and execute Supplier Operational Review Plans (SOR).
Develop and implement action plans to address delivery issues, driving supplier performance improvements using best-in-class problem-solving methodologies and tools.
Lead and drive sourcing execution aligned with the Lead Category Manager, including project management of sourcing projects (such as transfers, resourcing, ECN, and other qualification projects).
Promote procurement operations themes and continuous improvement.
Mitigate operational risks in collaboration with Strategic Sourcing teams
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing regional procurement team (3–4 members).
Lead Plant Procurement Tier-1 meetings in accordance with playbooks and SOPs.
Implement best practices in Supplier Relationship Management locally.
Represent procurement in regional and global forums as required.
Set clear objectives, monitor performance, and foster a culture based on SBD Values and Strategic Capabilities.
