As a Garage Coating Install Associate, you will support the installation team by preparing surfaces, mixing materials, and applying a proprietary polyurea and polyaspartic coating system that outperforms traditional epoxy. The role includes hands‑on and classroom training to develop technical skills and offers a clear progression toward a Lead Installer position.
- Assist with the assembly and installation of custom home organization systems, excluding garage door installation.
- Read and interpret design drawings to ensure correct parts are matched to assemblies.
- Safely handle and transport materials indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Perform surface detailing to meet high‑quality standards.
- Maintain a professional appearance and communicate effectively with customers and teammates.
