- Maintain required certifications, licenses, and registrations per state security regulations.

Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and have at least seven years of management experience, preferably in a skilled‑labor, field‑service or security‑technology environment. They should demonstrate success leading distributed teams, maintaining certifications and licenses, and achieving financial and operational targets.
