Manager – Partnerships (UAE Nationals Only)

Description

The Manager – Partnerships role is responsible for leading the development, evaluation, and management of strategic partnerships with local government entities and stakeholders, ensuring alignment with RTA’s objectives and enhancing institutional performance through collaborative engagement.

• Evaluate the effectiveness of existing partnerships and recommend improvements.
• Draft and oversee memorandums of understanding (MoUs) in line with RTA protocols and governance policies.
• Identify and pursue new strategic partnership opportunities that support RTA’s mission.
• Ensure unified and consistent engagement with partners across the organization.
• Coordinate with internal departments to establish partnership-related policies, regulations, and procedures.
• Develop and execute strategic plans for partnership management aligned with organizational goals.
• Measure the impact of partnership initiatives using relevant KPIs and feedback mechanisms.

Requirements

• Strong leadership skills with a proven track record in driving results through collaboration.
• At least 10 years of experience in partnership management, stakeholder relations, or strategic planning.
• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Communications, or a related field from a recognized university.
• Proficient in project management tools and MS Office applications.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational capabilities.
