Project Controls Administrator

Description

• Provide general administrative support to the Project Controls team
• Support document management and filing systems, including the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database
• Produce and distribute weekly and monthly reports (e.g., Readiness Reviews, Site Starts, Variance Reports)
• Complete minor ad hoc updates to project programmes
• Maintain corporate systems with accurate programme data
• File updated programmes in accordance with company document control and baseline processes
• Organise key planning and coordination meetings, including minute-taking and distribution
• Gather and compile information to support programme updates
• Track and follow up on overdue client responses regarding programme acceptance
• Provide administrative support to the commercial team as required

• Ability to multitask and perform under pressure
• Highly organised, enthusiastic, and proactive
• Effective team player with honesty and integrity
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
• Experience in taking and producing meeting minutes
• Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within a project-based environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Completer-finisher with strong reliability and flexibility
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
