What you would be doing

- Monitor building automation systems, fire/life safety systems, and electrical distribution equipment
- Submit daily work documentation, update work orders in real-time using CMMS (Corrigo)
- Perform ongoing preventive and repair work orders on plant systems and equipment
- Complete hazard assessments, maintain safety procedures, attend safety meetings
- Diagnose and repair equipment issues to minimize downtime
- : Address client needs and escalate issues to management when necessary
- Operate, inspect, and maintain all HVAC, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing equipment in the energy plant
- Conduct energy plant inspections and report conditions affecting operations
- :Apply technical expertise in primary craft area while supporting other disciplines

- Physical ability to lift up to 80 lbs, work from heights up to 30 feet, and work in extreme conditions
- Valid driver's license (defensive driving required)
- Two years of trade school or documented apprenticeship in electrical systems, refrigeration/HVAC, plumbing, or other craft skills
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Minimum 4 years of technical experience in building engineering with energy plant operations background
- COVID-19 vaccination (client requirement for on-site work)
- 3rd Party Boiler Operator Certification
- Knowledge of plant system design and operation
- Working knowledge of computer applications including Word and Excel
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
