Manufacturing Manager - Operation Management performs the daily operations of plants to ensure reliability and consistency on the production line, including service shops. The department supports knowledge management by gathering data and storing it in a system.

As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will be responsible for team leadership, operational management, meeting performance targets, process improvement, collaboration with engineering, maintenance, and planning, technical oversight, training and mentoring, and resource management.

Oversee front‑line manufacturing employees across multiple departments.
Ensure daily operations run smoothly, managing production schedules and material flow.
Drive the team to meet quality, cost, and delivery targets.
Apply problem‑solving and continuous‑improvement tools to boost efficiency and throughput.
Collaborate with Engineering, Maintenance, Planning and other functions.
Provide technical guidance on processes, equipment, and new product applications.
Train and mentor team members on new product integration.
Manage resources efficiently, including personnel, materials, and equipment.
