The Deputy Manager – VPM will coordinate on‑shore and off‑shore EPC/PMC/EPCM projects, overseeing inspection, expediting and vendor performance evaluations. The role involves leading VPM activities, defining execution methodology, ensuring competencies, and actively participating in project meetings to plan and deliver supplies.
Applicants should hold a Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with 8‑10 years of relevant experience; ASNT Level II and CSWIP 3.1 certifications are preferred. Fluency in English, strong knowledge of quality systems and supplier manufacturing, problem‑solving leadership, and experience working with multicultural, geographically dispersed teams are essential.
