Supporting for Preparing and collating ad hoc reports if any.
Assess the business’s future ventures to identify possible compliance risks.
Supporting for Co-ordinating morning meeting, preparing Minutes, tracking the permit deviations presented in the morning safety meeting.
Organising and co-ordinating events for employees
Supporting for Completing the online submission of compliance data in Compliance Automation Tool for all the buildings.
Keep abreast of regulatory developments within or outside of the company as well as evolving best practices in compliance control.
Review the work of colleagues when necessary to identify compliance issues and provide advice or training.
Completing the Quarterly Compliance Checklist for all the buildings.
Prepare reports for senior management and external regulatory bodies as appropriate.
