

Designs and manufactures specialty purpose‑built vehicles and equipment for defense, fire, access, refuse and aviation.
The internship, beginning May 2026, supports a technology infrastructure serving over 1,000 end users in Wisconsin’s Fox Valley area. The analyst will troubleshoot and resolve issues that affect users’ ability to perform their jobs effectively, gaining hands‑on experience in a large‑scale IT environment.
Key responsibilities include providing hardware, software, and application support across all departments, moving PCs, telephones, and peripherals between offices, and maintaining inventory of equipment. The intern will also act as a third‑party liaison with vendors for installation, maintenance, and warranty services, and will assist with projects within the Digital Technology department.
Candidates must be enrolled in an associate or bachelor’s program in Business, Information Technology, or a related field for the full internship duration, maintain a GPA of 3.0 or higher, and be able to work full‑time during the summer and part‑time during the school year. Required skills include proficiency in Microsoft Office, basic networking fundamentals, Windows desktop operating systems, Active Directory, IBM Lotus Notes, and experience with Microsoft SCCM tools; strong communication and the ability to work with minimal supervision are also essential.
