Revenue Manager

Private US real estate investment firm acquiring industrial and retail properties at value.
Manage revenue strategy and pricing for a national multifamily portfolio.
Assist in the preparation and review of monthly P&L summaries
Maintain revenue and expiration parameters in accordance with seasonality and property goals
Host calls to discuss property performance, position, and pricing opportunities
Act as company expert for revenue management and revenue tool(s) related inquiries
Develop and present property strategies to optimize net operating income
Effectively handle high-stress situations
Analyze market performance, supply shifts and trends and create long-term business strategies
Lead revenue setup and implementation process on newly acquired properties
Assist in the preparation and review of yearly budgets
Improve upon current best practices (configuration, parameter management, and business processes) related to revenue management

BA/BS degree required (preferably in Business, Management, Accounting, or Finance)
Ability to make informed decisions under tight deadlines
Excellent communication and people management skills
The team member will be regularly required to sit, stand, walk, talk, hear, and reach using feet, legs, back, arms and hands. The employee may occasionally be required to climb. The employee will also be required to work at a personal computer and talk on the phone for extended periods of time. The ability to detect auditory and/or visual alarms and must be available to work extended/flexible hours and weekends, as needed.
REBA RENT experience is a plus.
Regular attendance and active participation in company meetings is required; company events, or functions may be required.
Occassional travel,including overnight stays, may also be expected.
Exhibit strong leadership skills
A minimum of 18 months experience in multifamily revenue management or pricing.
