This role will support the strategic focus of revenue generation and billing accuracy. It will focus heavily on invoice generation, audit, and distribution to customers of USIC and its subsidiaries.
- Upload invoices to customer portals timely
- Review auto generated invoices for completeness and accuracy on a weekly and monthly basis
- Route customer credits through leadership for approval
- Research and settle customer billing questions
- Process unprocessed records, exception records, and unbilled records daily
- Process price changes for customers as assigned

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Strong verbal and written communication skills

- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently with oversight
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to learn and navigate in multiple systems
- Experience in Workday and/or Salesforce a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent required
This is an in-office position with a hybrid schedule offered.
