Required qualifications include owning personal tools, advanced mechanical aptitude, extensive knowledge of construction equipment and schematics, superior customer service and communication skills, a high school diploma (trade school certificate preferred), and preferably field service, maintenance, and repair experience.
Physical requirements involve the ability to move, stand, stoop, bend, lift up to 50 lb, and pass a 10‑panel drug screen for this safety‑sensitive role.
EquipmentShare is hiring a Heavy Equipment Field Technician (Mechanic) for its Reno, NV rental facility.
