Conducts inspections on jobs, assures jobs are detailed to Pueblo Mechanical standards, assures jobs are ready, and participates as needed, in start-ups and coordinates as needed with contractors, engineers, subcontractors and owners as necessary.
Plan, coordinate and supervise on-site functions to include, but not limited to, scheduling, material control, and rentals.
Responsible for assuring that all jobs have weekly reports filled and turned into the office weekly. This is to include safety / toolbox reports, preconstruction, weekly production report and any project specific reports.
Develop solutions to make sure issues never become problems.
Coordinates with shop for production scheduling and deliveries.
Provide daily job completion percentages.
Does takeoffs for projects in a timely and thorough manner with the Superintendent.
Work to increase Team efficiency and uphold high standards of safety at all times.
Does physical survey of project with the Superintendent to ascertain conditions and reports back to PM in writing, if required.
Reviews projects with Superintendent and/or Project Manager after equipment and subs are procured.
Assures all site personnel comply with project procedures, safety requirements, company policies and other requirements as they occur. Documents all incidents as they occur and notifies Project Manager and Superintendent. Recommends and implements corrective action.

Foreman- Refrigerant II - 4+ years' experience with current journeyman or ability to obtain. 2+ years' experience running work and a crew. Ability to manage 1-10 installers. Pay $32-40/hr
Must be self-motivated and punctual.
Foreman - Refrigerant III - 4+ years' experience with current journeyman or ability to obtain. 4+ years' experience running work and a crew. Ability to manage a crew of any size. Able to complete an 8 week look ahead. Pay: $38-44/hr
Must be able to multi-task and have excellent follow up skills both internally and externally.
Experience with government facilities a plus.
Must be able to work in a physically demanding environment, including ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Also requires frequent bending and lifting, standing and walking over uneven terrain or in confined spaces, and safely climb ladders.
4 plus years’ experience; journeyman or able to obtain license.
Must be professional in appearance and speech.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Foreman - Refrigerant I - 4+ years' of experience with current journeyman license or ability to obtain. 2+ years' of experience as a lead technician, ability to transition into a leadership role with guidance. Pay $28-34/hr
Able to read blueprints and prepare materials lists.
General Foreman - Refrigerant - 8+ years' experience with current journeyman or ability to obtain. 8+ years' experience running work and a crew. Ability to manage a crew of any size. Able to complete an 8 week look ahead. Pay: $42-50/hr
